EastEuro Link hosted its Inaugural Transport Conference for CSEE 15-16 December 2005. Conference took place in Vienna Renaissance Hotel, Austria.
This Forum on New Business Opportunities in Road and Rail Transport Infrastructure gathered experts on several aspects of the transport sector in CSEE:
High Government Representatives, Transport Associations’ and Companies’ decision makers, experts on financing transport investments.

 
H.E. Helmut Adelsberger, head if dpt. “International Networks and General Transport Infrastructure Plan” from Federal Ministry of Transport, Inovation and Technology, Austria , gave a welcome address to open the event. He said that in the field of transport, Austria gave special attention to the integration of Southeast Europe and a sustainable development, both in Austria and in the whole region, which included ecological, economic and social aspects, in a balanced way.
